Stucco moves, and on the coast it takes a lot of water. Hairline cracking is normal; wider cracks, hollow patches and staining are the ones worth attention, because they are how water gets behind the wall.
We fill and patch the damaged areas, match the texture as closely as the existing finish allows, and then coat the wall with an elastomeric or breathable masonry finish depending on what the wall needs.
A painted stucco wall should look even across the whole elevation, which means working to natural break lines rather than stopping mid-wall. We plan the sections before we start.
What is included
Washing and assessment of the full elevation

Questions about stucco repair & painting
Will painting stop my stucco cracking?
A flexible coating bridges hairline cracks and keeps water out, which is most of the benefit. It will not hold a structural crack closed, and where we see one we will say so rather than cover it.
Can you match our existing stucco texture?
Usually close enough that a repair is not obvious from normal viewing distance. An exact match on an older, weathered finish is rarely possible and we will be straight with you about it.
